MP864-4 MP864-4G IP65 Waterproof Swing Handle Lock with Adjustable Grip
MP864-4 series IP65 waterproof swing handle lock for outdoor and harsh-environment cabinets. Zinc alloy housing in black powder coating, TC03-5 insert, lift-up handle with 90° cam, H dimension adjustable via washer. The MP864-4G variant adds a padlock eye.
The MP864-4 series is an IP65 waterproof swing handle lock built for enclosures exposed to dust and water, such as outdoor telecom cabinets, energy storage systems and washdown areas. The sealed lift-up handle keeps the mechanism protected to IP65.
Lifting the handle upward drives the cam through 90° to open. The grip height (H dimension) is set with an adjustable washer, so one lock covers a range of door and gasket thicknesses. The zinc alloy housing is black powder coated, with a galvanized steel support and cam, and a TC03-5 insert.
For extra security, the MP864-4G variant adds a Ø10.1 mm padlock eye. Face size is 42 × 174 mm and the cut-out is 32 × 160 mm, as shown in the drawings below.
