MP860-2 MP860-2S Adjustable Depth Swing Handle Lock with Padlock Loop, IP54
MP860-2 series adjustable depth swing handle lock for industrial cabinets. Zinc alloy with bright chrome plating (MP860-2) or SUS304 brushed polishing (MP860-2S), IP54 rated. Grip depth (H dimension) is adjusted by a nut on the M10 stud, and the integrated padlock loop adds a second level of access control.
The MP860-2 series is an adjustable depth swing handle lock designed for cabinet doors where the gap between door and frame varies from project to project. The grip depth (H dimension) is set by a nut on the M10 threaded stud, so one lock covers a range of installation depths without shims or spacers.
A padlock loop is integrated at the bottom of the handle, allowing a standard padlock to be added for lockout procedures or shared-access enclosures. The handle rotates 180° and the lock is rated IP54 for dust and splash protection. The front face measures 142 × 36 mm.
Two material versions are available: MP860-2 in zinc alloy with bright chrome plating, and MP860-2S in SUS304 stainless steel with brushed polishing for humid or corrosive environments. Dimension drawings and the cut-out template are provided below.
