The ML861-2KG heavy duty rod control lock drives connecting rods with a 21 mm travel for strong multi-point locking on large cabinet doors. Zinc alloy housing in matte black, stainless steel padlock hasp, Key333 cylinder, IP54 rated.
The ML861-2KG heavy duty rod control lock is the reinforced model in the 861 series: a zinc alloy housing in matte black powder coating, a stainless steel padlock hasp for a second locking level, and a 21 mm rod travel that pulls the connecting rods fully home on large, heavy doors. A 90° turn of the handle drives the rods through the rod box assembly.
The cam and rod box assembly are galvanized steel, and the built-in cylinder uses Key333. The lock is rated IP54. For doors that do not need the hasp, the ML861-2K version without padlock facility is available.
Typical applications include large distribution cabinets, energy storage cabinets, outdoor telecom enclosures and heavy machinery doors. Dimension drawings and the cut-out template are provided below.
