Installation & Maintenance Guide
Installation Steps
- Mark two hole positions on the cabinet frame according to 32mm center distance of M6 threaded holes.
- Drill through holes on the mounting plate, screw M6 bolts directly into the hinge internal threads and lock tightly.
- Fix the movable half on the cabinet door panel with screws.
- Align the hinge barrel and drop the door down to engage; test 180° full opening and smooth lift-off detachment.
Installation Quantity Suggestion
- Door height ≤ 400mm: Install 2 hinges symmetrically
- Door height 400–700mm or slightly heavy metal door: Add one middle hinge for anti-sagging and load sharing.
