4.1 Model Selection Rule

4.2 Installation Steps

1. Mark drilling positions on cabinet frame based on 25mm hole center distance.
2. Fix hinge base with flat head screws into 90° countersunk holes for flush mounting.
3. Hang door leaf onto curved steel hook pin and press down to lock the hinge.
4. Test 0–180° opening and upward lifting detachment function for smooth operation.

4.3 Installation Quantity Recommendation

Install 2 hinges symmetrically for door height ≤500mm; add the third hinge in the middle for taller or heavier doors to share load and avoid sagging.
