4.2 Installation Steps

1. Align the hinge base on cabinet frame, drill holes according to 34.5mm hole spacing.
2. Fasten with flat head screws into 90° countersunk holes for flush mounting.
3. Hang the door leaf onto the tapered steel pin, push down to lock in place.
4. Test 0–180° opening and pull pin to verify smooth detachment.

4.3 Installation Quantity

Install 2 hinges symmetrically for door height below 500mm; add the 3rd hinge in the middle for taller or heavier metal doors to prevent sagging.
