What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard in-stock items support a low MOQ of 50 pieces. Customized products require a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces.
Can I customize the product size, material or laser logo?
Yes, we offer full customization services including size modification, SS304 stainless steel/zinc alloy material selection, surface finishing and laser engraved brand logo.
How long is your production and delivery lead time?
Stock products can be shipped within 5 working days. Custom orders take 15–20 working days for mass production.
Which payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T remittance and sight L/C (Letter of Credit) as our main payment terms for overseas orders.
